FEES

Payment is typically discussed during the free consultation or the intake assessment. 

The fees for therapy are:

  • Intake Assessment (required first appointment): $220

  • Therapy Session (55 minutes): $200

Payment and copays are required at the beginning of each session. I accept payment in the form of cash, check, Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Health Savings Account (HSA).

INSURANCE

I am in network with the following insurance providers:

Blue Cross Blue Shield

Aetna

SLIDING SCALE FEE

I offer a sliding scale fee if you do not have insurance and cannot afford the full payment. The sliding scale is based on income and has been predetermined by River City Psychological Services. We can discuss a sliding scale fee during our initial consultation.

PAYMENT PLAN

I offer payment plans if you need to spread out payments over time. The plan will be developed together and agreed upon before beginning therapy.

FREE INITIAL CONSULT

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have. It is a good opportunity to determine whether or not we will be a good fit. I will be happy to provide referrals to other clinicians if we decide not to work together.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Except in cases of emergency, you will be responsible for a $100 fee if you do not cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. The cancellation fee is not reimbursed by insurance.
